The Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1979 as a nonprofit organization under the laws of the state of Oregon for the purpose of maintaining, managing and operating the Hendricks Hill Planned Unit Development community for the benefit of all property owners. The Association exists to preserve the values and amenities within our neighborhood.
Dues: $100 per lot, per quarter
Our dues cover:
Road maintenance within the development
Maintenance of common elements including community park
Landscaping and tree maintenance of all common areas
Owners are responsible for all exterior maintenance of dwellings in conformance with CC&R's.

Location:We live in a unique and beautiful urban forest located at the southern end of Laurel Valley on the north slope of the ridgeline bordered by Hendricks Park on the west and Moon Mountain on the east.
