Architectural Design and Review 
All proposed building, new construction or remodeling, including re-staining, painting and construction of decks, landscaping and other improvements of private areas shall be approved by the Hendricks Hill Architectural Committee before commencing work as specified in community covenants and restrictions. Failure to do so can result in fines against a property owner.

Architectural Guidelines
These guidelines describe the objectives, general design criteria, design review procedures and fees within the Hendricks Hill PUD. Please refer to these guidelines in submitting information to the archirtectural committee for review of all new construction, remodeling or additions within the development.
